Malovv Apps ("we", "us", or "our") operates the BreedAI — Dog Breed Identifier mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Information We Collect

• Photos and Camera Data — When you use the App to identify a dog breed, you may take a photo using your device camera or select a photo from your photo library. These photos are sent to our AI analysis service (powered by OpenAI) solely for the purpose of identifying the dog breed. Photos are processed in real time and are not stored on our servers after analysis is complete.
• Scan History — The App stores your scan results (breed name, confidence score, traits, and the photo used) locally on your device. This data is not transmitted to our servers and remains entirely on your device.
• Usage Data — We may collect anonymous usage data such as app feature usage, crash reports, and performance metrics through Apple's built-in analytics and Firebase Analytics. This data does not personally identify you.
• Purchase Information — If you subscribe to a premium plan, payment is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment details, credit card numbers, or billing information.

How We Use Your Information

1. To provide and maintain the App's core functionality — identifying dog breeds from photos.
2. To store your scan history locally on your device for your convenience.
3. To improve and optimize the App's performance and user experience.
4. To provide the AI Dog Expert chat feature, where your questions are processed by our AI service to generate responses.
5. To diagnose technical issues and fix bugs through anonymous crash reports.

Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services:

• OpenAI API — Photos you submit for breed analysis and chat messages are sent to OpenAI's servers for processing. OpenAI's privacy policy applies to data processed by their service. We do not share any personally identifiable information with OpenAI.
• Firebase (Google) — We use Firebase for remote configuration and anonymous analytics. Firebase may collect device identifiers and usage statistics. Please refer to Google's Privacy Policy for more details.
• Apple App Store — Subscription purchases and payment processing are handled entirely by Apple. Apple's Privacy Policy governs the handling of your payment information.
