1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the BreedAI — Dog Breed Identifier application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Malovv Apps ("we", "us", or "our"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

BreedAI is a mobile application that uses artificial intelligence to identify dog breeds from photos. The App allows you to:

• Take or select photos of dogs for breed identification
• View breed details including confidence scores, traits, history, and possible mix breeds
• Save and manage a history of your scans
• Chat with an AI-powered dog expert for information about dogs

The App requires an active internet connection for breed analysis and the AI chat feature. Offline access is limited to viewing previously saved scan history.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

• Free Trial — The App may offer a free trial period. If you do not cancel before the free trial ends, you will be automatically charged the subscription fee for the selected plan.
• Subscription Plans — The App offers Weekly, Monthly, and Annual subscription plans. Prices are displayed in the App and may vary by region. All prices are in the currency of your App Store account.
• Billing — All payments are processed through Apple's App Store. Your Apple ID account will be charged upon confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Cancellation — You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings (Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
• Price Changes — We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Any price changes will take effect at the start of the next billing period following the date of the price change. Your continued use of the App after the price change constitutes your agreement to pay the updated amount.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

1. Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
2. Upload or submit content that is offensive, harmful, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.
